Welcome! My name is Eve Michelle, I'm registered as a professional yoga teacher with Yoga Alliance International (E-RYT 500) with over 2000 hours of teaching experience. I'm originally from The Netherlands.
Confidence, strength, health, well-being and wisdom are words that come to mind when I think of the benefits of Yoga. I'm so grateful to be a beneficiary of this beautiful tradition and I continue to grow and learn every day.
Join me in exploring the joys and benefits of yoga. I'm trained in Raja and Pralaya yoga, so I balance the traditional approach with the latest scientific innovations. My classes are interactive and designed with simplicity, ease, and fun. In addition to asanas (yoga postures), I often integrate pranayama, meditation and yoga nidra into my classes. After some practice you can expect increased flexibility, strength and improved overall health. My students also develop deeper self-awareness and confidence in themselves and their practice.
