Yoga with Weights (June 13)

Create more strength for advanced Yoga asanas

Service Description

In this class we work with dumbbells to create more strength for advanced Yoga asanas such as arm balances. Besides, creating more strength helps to protect the joints. We'll finish the class with some stretches and meditation/savasana. You'll need 2 dumbbells of 1-5 kg. Please contact Eve for personal advice on your ideal dumbbell weight. The class is free with the option to donate. Instructor: Eve Michelle
