It took me years of learning, introspection, and committed practice to truly attain the benefits of integrating Yoga into my daily life. Your Private Yoga Coaching journey starts with a one hour video conference with me where we will discuss your current condition, what you would like to learn, and help you determine your goals.
After that I will customize a series of Asanas (postures) tailored to help you reach those goals. I will integrate Pranayama and Meditation as necessary and teach you the full series through a private Online Live Yoga class once a week. During the class, I will guide you through each posture correctly and in accordance to your ability and help you understand their purpose and benefits. This is also a chance for you to ask questions and get clarifications. For the rest of the week, I would encourage you to perform the series 2-3 times on your own.
You can opt for a 5 or 10 sessions Private Yoga Coaching program where we will do one weekly session for 5 or 10 weeks. Besides, you have full access to the Online Live Group Yoga classes and the recordings of these sessions.
Private Yoga Coaching is a way for me to give something wonderful to others after having benefited so much from yoga myself.
